Our Faculty

The Inspiring Kids Academy Directors and Education Team believe each child is a unique individual, and all children are born with the ability to learn. We provide an environment that recognizes each child’s capabilities, interests, and learning styles. IKA Educators understand that children learn best through meaningful play. Therefore, we provide a child-centered program that reflects the integration of physical, cognitive, social-emotional, language, and self-help skills using a play-based system incorporated into our curriculum. When taught conscious discipline techniques, our children learn self-discovery and individual growth, gaining a positive self-image. We encourage and maintain a home-school connection and provide an environment where parental participation and assistance are welcomed, as well as community involvement.

Nora – Director, Loxahatchee Campus

Born in Pennsylvania and raised in the vibrant city of Chicago alongside four brothers and a sister, my journey has taken me from the Midwest to the sunshine of Florida and far beyond. A lifelong lover of nature and travel, I bring a spirit of exploration and wonder to everything I do.

I have been a dedicated professional in the Early Childhood Education field since 1992. With over three decades of experience, my passion remains rooted in nurturing young minds and creating enriching, hands-on experiences that inspire lifelong learning. I strongly believe in the power of early education to lay a strong foundation for children’s future success and well-being.

As the proud mother of two beautiful daughters who now call Oregon home, I understand the importance of connection, compassion, and community. I believe learning should be fun, messy, creative, and full of curiosity—just like childhood should be. At Inspiring Kids Academy, I am committed to fostering a warm, inclusive environment where every child feels safe, supported, and inspired to grow.

Tina – Director, West Palm Beach Campus

Hi, I’m Tina! I was born and raised in sunny South Florida. I’m a proud mom to three amazing children and an even prouder grandma to six wonderful grandchildren they are the lights of my life!

I’ve been in the Early Childhood Education field for over 30 years, and it’s been a rewarding journey. From day one, I knew this was where I was meant to be. Watching children grow, learn, and find their confidence brings me so much joy. But just as important to me is building strong, meaningful connections with families. I believe that when educators and families work together, children thrive—and that partnership is something I truly value.

At Inspiring Kids Academy, my goal is to create a warm, supportive environment where every child feels safe, loved, and excited to learn and every family feels welcomed, heard, and involved. We’re a team, and I’m honored to be a part of each child’s early journey.
